G’day Crowie, no doubt you are getting set for Kona again – good luck. Coming from a NRL background and reading this year about some of the supplement programs that have been employed by clubs in the past few years (and with question marks over their legality in the eyes of ASADA and WADA I wondered how many supplements you take, what types of supplements and how you use them in the lead up to an event like Kona?
