Run cadence

Hi Crowie

Hope your training is going well and you’re gearing up for another big race soon. Your book has been a recent source of inspiration. Whilst not a training manual, I’d be keen to know what your target run cadence is for half and full distances? I could only find one source on the web indicating you averaged 87.5 for Kona in 2009? This is lower than the 90-95 that seems to be generally recommended. Any insights would be awesome.
